This 328 kW solar energy facility at Anthony’s Key Resort was fully commissioned March 2020.  This project has been structured as a Power Purchase Agreement and was installed by local contractor, Vegas Electric.

This 200 kW solar energy facility at Scrub Island Resort was fully commissioned November 2020 and is the begining of a multiple phased installation.  This project has been structured as a Power Purchase Agreement and was installed by ProSolar Systems based in St. Thomas.

This 175 kW solar energy facility at Turtle Island Resort will be fully commissioned Summer 2021.  This project has been structured as a Solar Lease and was installed by Vegas Electric, based in Roatan, Honduras. 

This is a unique, first of its kind, isolated minigrid interfacing solar, battery and diesel backup generation to provide seemless power integration. This is the first of multiple expansion phases.

USAID awarded Solar Axiom a grant under the Clean Energy Finance Facility for the Caribbean and Central America to perform a Feasibility Study to support the development of solar energy in the commercial hotel sector with a portfolio of eight sites in Antigua and to enhance the renewable energy policies set by the government and local utility, APUA.
